Terms of Business at Milimeter

Introduction

By placing an order with Milimeter, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner.

These terms of business outline the agreement between Milimeter, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.” By engaging in business with the Company, the Client agrees to adhere to these terms.

Orders and Payments
Orders:

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

Payment: Full payment is required upon placement of an order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company accepts payment via Razorpay, Paypal , PhonePe & Paytm.

Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 2 days of placement, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Pricing

Product Prices: Product prices are as stated on the Company’s website or in official quotations.
Taxes and Duties: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties, which will be the responsibility of the Client.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Time: The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the Company is not liable for such delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are borne by the Client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Inspection: Upon delivery, the Client must inspect the products for damages and report any issues to the Company within 3 days.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: The Company accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving returned items in good condition.

Quality and Warranties

Product Quality: The Company ensures that all products meet industry standards for quality.
Warranty: The Company provides a limited warranty for its products. Details are available in the product documentation.

Intellectual Property

Copyright: All designs, images, and content produced by the Company are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Confidentiality

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of the business relationship confidential.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Punjab.

Miscellaneous

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control. By entering into business with Milimeter, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms of business.
