Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the date of purchase.To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or ex-
changed. Clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for
return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@milimeter.co or +91 62042 65001 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the resolution process.

In-Store Returns:

For items purchased at our physical retail locations, please return the item to the store along with the original receipt.

International Returns:

International returns are subject to the same policies, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
